representative assembly of the company's labor union was grandly held in the company's conference
room on November 7, 2025.

The report comprehensively reviewed the work achievements of the trade union in serving employees,
promoting enterprise development, enriching cultural life, and other aspects over the past few years,
and clarified the direction and focus of future trade union work.
Election
The core agenda of this conference, the trade union election session, saw all delegates
carefully deliberate and approve the "Election Method for the First Meeting of the Third Representative
Assembly of the Company's Trade Union (Draft)", and vote to approve the list of scrutineers and vote counters.
Under the full supervision of the scrutineers, delegates elected 5 members of the Third Committee of the
Company's Trade Union through competitive election by secret ballot, 3 members of the Fund Review Committee
through non-competitive election, and 3 members of the Women's Committee through a show of hands.
The newly elected trade union committee subsequently held its first plenary meeting, where the new chairman
and vice-chairman of the trade union, the director of the Fund Review Committee, and the director
of the Women's Committee were elected, forming a new leadership team with clear responsibilities
and a reasonable structure.
