of the County Federation of Trade Unions, Zhejiang Deka Control Valve Instrument Co., Ltd. held a special
training session on "Being an Excellent Team Leader". Workshop directors, team leaders, and representatives
of frontline workers gathered on site to participate in the learning. This training is an important measure taken
by the labor union to assist the development of enterprises and deepen the cultivation of talents in the company.
It fully demonstrates the concern and support of the County Federation of Trade Unions for the development
