To fully implement the Healthy China strategy and truly deliver public services,To address the practical dilemma
of enterprise employees facing "busy work schedules and difficulties in accessing medical care," on November 27th,
the Wencheng County Health and Wellness Bureau took the lead in coordinating efforts, jointly establishing
a high-quality medical team with Wencheng County People's Hospital. Together with Zhejiang Deka Company,
they conducted a special free clinic event titled "Free Clinic in the Factory Warming the Heart, Healthcare
and Businesses Jointly Protecting Health." Through a tripartite collaboration model of "government setting
up the platform, hospitals providing services, and enterprises joining forces," professional and convenient medical
services were delivered to the production line, building a "protective wall" for employee health.
In the early stages of the event, the Wencheng County Health and Wellness Bureau conducted
in-depth communication with enterprise leaders regarding the health needs of employees. Based on the
occupational characteristics of enterprise employees, they identified some occupational health issues.
Subsequently, they collaborated with Wencheng County People's Hospital to form a medical team
encompassing multiple departments such as internal medicine, surgery, and the Health Management Center.
They tailored a one-stop service model that includes "consultation, diagnosis and treatment,
health examination, and science popularization and education," providing comprehensive health
care for enterprise employees.

At the event site, in the consultation area, doctors listened patiently to the demands of
employees, inquired meticulously about their medical history, and made comprehensive judgments
based on previous physical examination reports. They provided personalized treatment suggestions
and medication guidance for workplace high-incidence diseases such as hypertension, diabetes,
and neck, shoulder, waist, and leg pain. Meanwhile, free blood pressure and blood glucose
tests were conducted simultaneously in the health examination area, with more than 100 basic
screenings completed.
This free clinic in the enterprise is a vivid practice of the Wencheng County Health and
Wellness Bureau's commitment to the development concept of "centering on people's health".
It is also a specific measure to deepen the collaboration between medical institutions and enterprises
and promote the deployment of high-quality medical resources. Through the tripartite collaboration
model led by the health and wellness department, with professional support from medical institutions
and active cooperation from enterprises, it not only breaks the spatial and temporal constraints of
medical services, allowing employees to enjoy high-quality medical services "without leaving the factory",
but also builds a communication bridge between the government, hospitals, and enterprises to
jointly protect employee health.
In addition, employees are the core force driving enterprise development, and ensuring their health
is a crucial responsibility for enterprises. This collaboration with the County Health and Wellness Bureau
and the County People's Hospital to conduct free clinics not only addresses the health challenges faced
by employees but also allows everyone to feel the triple care from the government, hospitals, and
enterprises. In the future, Zhejiang Deka Company will continue to pay attention to the health needs
of employees, actively collaborate with relevant departments, and carry out more health service activities,
so that employees can work with peace of mind and enjoy a comfortable life.
