On the afternoon of November 3, Wencheng County Jingxin Bureau took
the lead to jointly carry out the practical etiquette training meeting for employees
of ZhejiangDeca Control Valve Instrument Co. , Ltd. , juyu town industrial park part
of the main responsible enterprises and some employees to participate in the
training activities.
The head of the tourism teaching and Research Section and senior
etiquette trainer of the Wencheng County Vocational Senior Secondary School,
MS LilyCheng,was invited to give a lecture, zheng gave a comprehensive explanation
of the basic knowledge of the staff's appearance and dress, standing and sitting
posture,interpersonal communication and manners, communication etiquette and
so on,in order to achieve better training results, the teacher led everyone to learn
the rules of standing and sitting manners on the spot. Through speaking and
practicing,the trainees could deepen their understanding of etiquette knowledge
and master more practical social etiquette knowledge, strengthen the communication
between the staff and workers.
Learning a certain amount of etiquette not only helps to improve one's
self-cultivation, but also helps to shape one's image and improve one's Customer
satisfaction, to always regulate their behavior, so that civilized etiquette in the hearts
of people. Through this training meeting, can effectively improve the personal quality
of employees and corporate image, so that employees in work and life are striving
to do etiquette practitioners, be a civilized person.
